PENDING STREAMLINED JUSTRITE on top, model 2-810, with original box and operatinginstruction sheet, NOS condition  (Patented by Charles S. Packer as design patent No. 115,123 on June 6, 1939 and assigned to the Justrite Manufacturing Company of Chicago, IL.  Packer's patent claims state that he had invented a new, original, and ornamental design for a miner's lamp. The application was filed on Sept. 22, 1938 and the design patent was awarded for a term of 7 years.)
